19JUL12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN Draft. Fruity, spicy Belgian ~Trappist style. Medium mouthfeel with sweet, almost tart finish. More fig than raisin or grape. Hint of brown sugar on the aroma, but not so much in the taste.

Pours a deep copper with golden head. Sweet / Sour, fruity, brown, near Flanders nose. Very sharp, malty, date pallet. Alcohol taste present at the end. *Note* I either picked the perfect bottle or this will cellar well.
