tiedtomemory - November 25, 2011Smooth, full bodied without being a meal. Complex flavored change as beer warms, shifting from dark sugar through chocolate and into an almost bitter citrus.
bacon & eggs - October 8, 2011Tastes of brown sugar and molasses at front with a hint of spice and citrus. Notes of dried dark fruit (prunes , raisins) linger at back. As beer warms, citrus (orange) notes are more pronounced and the dark cocoa flavor comes through.
