Top fermenting ale yeast
Malts: two row pale, caramel, bonlander, black, roasted barley

misteracosta - January 8, 2015The vanilla flavor is strong and personally I feel it's a bit too strong. It tastes a bit artificial although that's not to say it doesn't taste good. It's a bit lacking in the earthy tones I've come to expect from a porter but I can't say I didn't enjoy it.
