Not a ton of bourbon but a good smooth quad.

Sweet taste with smokey finish. It tastes like a nice bottle of red wine, glass of bourbon, and a porter had a baby. Delicious!!

This one will hit you quick at nearly 12% ABV. Delicious.

This was a. 2009. It was a heavy presence nice of bourbon, with unusually high carbonation. The middle tongue revealed the hint of cherries, and it had a lingering taste of the oak barrel.

This is one of the most interesting beers I have had. Very unique. Citrusy at the start almost a saison which I don't like, lots of carbonation, and a good bite and cherry hint to finish. This is great but a limited production so if you can find some, grab it as they don't produce it anymore. At least that is my understanding.

Delicious. One of my all time favorites if for its unique flavor profile alone. Too cloying to spend much time with but great for sharing and ages beautifully

Wonderful beer. Ages well, but I enjoy the bright cherry flavor of a fresh bottle more.

Strong cherry flavor. Vinegar notes as well. Did not finish and will not have again.

2013 bottling. Beautiful, creamy mouse. Deep amber with frothy head that lingers. Slightly spicy with floral/citrusy notes that give way to a bit of malt. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Tart cherries, with vanilla and modest hop bitterness balance out the palate nicely. Good stuff.
