LOOK - deep gold / copper hue - crystal clear - 1 finger head that receded rapidly - some lacing persists
SMELL - tangy dark fruit - some molasses - slight vinegar
TASTE -caramel and brown sugar - molasses - tangy fruitiness
FEEL - a bit thin - carbonation dies out
OVERALL - a good sweet Amber ale -tangy "red" beer flavor and caramel maltiness - good brew

An exceptional amber ale brew, sweet roast flavor subtle bitterness. Cheers from SoCal USA 11/7/21

Very good Amber. Reminds me of Fat Tire but more flavorful and despite 5.8 percent ABV, seems to have more of a bite to it. And with New Belgium selling out to Kirin, it?s no longer employee owned! I know, right!?! Maybe I?ll call it Flat Tire, now. Anyway when I can get it I?ll take Boont Amber over Fat Tire.

From a bottle. Great color with cream colored head and nice malt nose. Really caramel malt taste that is very good with right amount of hops to balance out the sweetness of the malt.

Pours translucent red amber with thick creamy head. Rich malty aroma with hop aroma. Spicy floral taste that just hangs on in the back of your mouth
