Justino - June 2, 2016Tastes like a heavy Amber. No spice line you would expect I. An Xmas ale. Not so heavy couldn't have a second.

Bit of a bitter aftertaste.

jaywill1323 - December 20, 2015Pours a reddish copper in color with zero head. Fruity aromas at first with piney undertones. Light in body has a spicy malty flavor at the start like cinnamon and star anise. Malty bready at the start,
has a spicy character throughout but finished very clean and crisp. A good winter warmer would have again.
1/9/16 update - did have again on draft. Again very good very crisp solid winter warmer.
superdeckman - January 22, 2015Pours dark copper with thin head. Smells like apples grapes an plums. Tastes fruity also with some spice. Hint of rye ? Good mouth feel. Dam fine Xmas ale
