jameson.alford@gmail.com - August 19, 2012A pleasantly mild, almost fruity or citrusy nose. The higher alcohol content doesn't come across as harsh; however there is a long, bitter finish that becomes unpleasant if held in the mouth too long. The medium-light body is rather surprising in a beer of this strength. All in all, a very pleasant and drinkable beer.

Strong Ale. Barely translucent dark brown. Hops on the aroma, but not overly floral or citrusy. Hops flavor is prominent but there's a fair amount of bitterness. Good.
