Rhoobarb - July 22, 2013Pours a dark brown, almost black with a nice tan head. roast & coffee aroma. Roasted malt with a bit of acrid coffee/espresso finish. Light on the chocolate. Not as silky as a Left Hand and to me, that's where it misses the mark on style. Still a good stout and one I'd try again. Just wouldn't seek it out. 38/50.
hchb - June 22, 2013They did it again. ST never lets me down. Good thick stout with just the right sweetness and heaviness. Very good stuff!
ItisAnk - June 20, 2013Had nitro version on tap. Super creamy, nice persistent head with good color. Smooth, creamy taste with bits of vanilla and an aged barrel aftertaste. Very drinkable, I finished it in no time.
