Paladrache - July 8, 2011Deep brown, clear pour with auburn reds in the light. Creamy, stable head as expected. Some lighter flavor than I expected. Chocolaty, a little sweet; dry feeling once it's been downed. Drinkable at a high pace of speed due the surprising lightness.
