B+. However, I had a 10-8-15 in 5-29-2020, so it had mellowed. Cherry and barrel flavors with very mild sour and funk. Complex .

Interesting medicinal nose. Great sour flavor. Tart, but not to much pucker. Definitely get the sour cherries.
