bugs318 - May 16, 2013Pours a gorgeous clear red with a nice frothy white head of fair retention and receding-clingy lace. Aroma is of wine and tart vinegar with a bit of oak and fruit, especially sour apple juice. Taste is complex and evolves from a sour-sweet cherry to a tingly acetic-vinegar lactic sourness before a combination Brett funk and wine dryness with a lingering tartness. Medium body with a solid balance of tingly carbonation and a fairly substantial body. Just a perfect sour!
