This is my local go-to IPA. Crisp, clean and hoppy. STBC is known for its hop forward yet flavorful ales.

After semi-aggressive pour there is a solid quarter inch head. Malty, earthy hop smell. Light golden color. Slightly sweet. Bitter on second taste. Actually, simply an okay hoppy beer, bitter but no fruity hops. A bad IPA.
