Sour, but not too sour. Dark in color, light on the palate. Easy to drink. Flavorful. Like kombucha

Super fruity and sour, but smooth.
Basically, not a beer.
On draft.

Amazing oak flavor with red wine hints and great finish

Sweet sweet aroma. Very indicative of the oak barrel in which it is fermented. Black berry sweetness a little too sweet at the start, not enough tart. Too indicative of the bourbon-ness.

APPEARANCE: A dark amber red brown, nice quickly dissipating head.
AROMA: blackberry, wine, boozy aroma,
FLAVOR: ana amalgam of wine, bourbon and sour.
MOUTHFEEL:
OVERALL IMPRESSION: Too boozy, too unlike beer,

simply fantastic - if you dig sour! It pours a fairly dark brown with a fine, creamy-beige head of moderate retention and excellent glass-curling lace. Aromas are primarily of sour cherries with hints of yeasty spice, and a touch of apple cider vinegar. It tastes wonderfully sour - like everything that is good about a maraschino cherry without any of the artificially sweet additive notes! Very sour, but just perfect for the style! Medium bodied with fair carbonation, it floats smoothly across the tongue and is easy drinking for the style. Grade: A+

Brown with reddish tints. Large off white head. Fruity with some sourness in the aroma. Red fruit flavors give way to nice sourness. Nice finish. Refreshing and not overly tart.

Aroma of vinegar with a smooth smokey sour taste. Great sour beer-- I like mine a tad sweeter
