Draft, snifter
Smells really sweet, with a taste to match. High carbonation, sour-ish takeover on the palate. Aged a bit, oak barrels, vinegary aroma, deep cherry mild in the flavor. Enjoyable, but I'm still new to sours.

Mathusala - December 20, 2012Good, easy to drink sour. A good intro, affordable. I noticed though that by the end of the bottle, not as pleasurable as the first half. A small glass of the Cru with a glass of something else would complement well.
mattlakin - November 16, 2012A very sour beer -- but for those that appreciate this Belgian style, it's one of the best. It's a lot like Russian River Consecration, with oak undertones, but without the hints of Cabernet flavor of Consecration.
