bobbyhickory - December 25, 2016Tasty. If you are expecting a strong cherry flavor you will be disappointed though. Strong and spicy but only mildly bitter although it's more bitter than most Belgian dark strong ales. Tasted this side by side with a fresh bottle and a bottle that was cellared for 3 years. It mellows out a lot with age but not a huge difference.
