Light but lots of flavor. Triple golden. Almost has a Belgian style to it. Yeast base. Only con is that it has a mild wax aftertaste.

APPEARANCE - Opaque amber with a 4-finger head that lasts. A bit of lacing. AROMA/SCENT - Sweet, malty, fruity, herbaceous. TASTE - Hoppy, piney, herbaceous, a little sweet. ABV well-hidden. MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - A bit of carbonation. VALUE - Import price -- but it's only Canada! OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - Very quaffable.

Poured from bottle. Extremely thick, foamy head. A bit too much carbonation, unfortunately. Sour like a dry white wine with some hints of fruit and floral notes in the background. A bit too sour for my taste, but quality.
