Tastes fine. Somehow a bit heavy for 3.8%.

Probably in my top 3 session IPAs. Dare I say that it's tastier than Sculpin?!

An awesome 5 star brew from one of my favorite breweries. I haven't tried anything from Ballast Point that I didn't love. This beer is outstanding. It's got everything u want in an IPA. (Kracked a can)

11/12/2015. Not bad. Needs another try.

Maybe I don't like "session" IPAs, whatever the hell that means, but this beer has a very bitter, soda-water taste, that I find unpleasant. It's nowhere near as good as Ballast Point's Big Eye, Sculpin, or Grapefruit Sculpin IPAs.

Poured from can. Head collapsed immediately. Intense, earthy hop smell. Amazing! Dark golden color. Very dry beer. No malts. First taste almost "empty". Tongue is waiting and then gets rolled over by a wave of earthy hops. Third taste brings out limited sweetness for the first time, which actually nicely balances the bitterness of the hops. Some bitterness remains in the aftertaste. A nicely different IPA, which I am now a fan of.
