joemdesign - May 3, 2012This one is a bold one. It has tremendous flavor but more so with food. On it's own it every bit as dark and roasty as a Dogfish 90. I want to round it up to a 4 but I am not really the expert. Good though.

Borderking - March 1, 2012Really interesting...and different! An intriguing balance of malt and...hemp seed? Dark and mysterious, but definitely drinkable. The aftertaste can be a little off-putting, but all in all, a worthy black ale.

brushkanna - February 3, 2012Dark brown almost black. Medium head with a toasty nose. The roasted malt chocolate flavors are light but very tasty. I would order it at a bar but I don't need to buy it in a 6 pack again as there's many others out there I need to try.
