This beer is overly spiced giving it a strange flavor and poor finish; in addition the high alcohol content is poorly masked. Not their best brew.

Fizzy. Serve with goat cheese, white meats, chicken Marsala, pasta with white sauces, sausage, gourmet meals

Great stuff. Some of the best beer made

Oh my God, this is what I was made to drink. Unbelievably fantastic. Complex fruits and spices, high, champagne-like carbonation, quick buzz from the high ABV. Just a beautiful.

I can appreciate its elegance but it is not for me. It is light and refreshing with a complex aftertaste. It has a light sourness upfront. Slightly bitter aftertaste.

Pretty good for a Belgian

From a bottle on 4/14/204 A really nice Belgium triple, but slightly too herbal for my taste.

Hoppy and crisp finish, a lot like Fatheads Gogglefogger. I recommend this beer!

Sake comes through in the finish

Opaque golden brew topped by thin white head. Honey, fruit & bread notes on nose & taste. Yeast sediment & great carbonation in medium body.
