hill.hight - October 16, 2014The first taste is a surprise, much like everything else you have never tried before. To my buds, a lot of beers have an initial "twang", and I find that to be true here, as well. Once that subsides, the flavor rounds out and thickens and becomes much, much better. You know, like someone had the treble and the volume on the stereo up too high. and once you realized that you liked the song, you attenuated both and the sound rounded out thickened up. Enjoy the music!
Mac17 - August 6, 2014Couldn't believe I haven't rated this. Really good pale ale. Not too hoppy but not "session" like in being muted. Good flavor throughout.

estaban - August 24, 2013Part of a 4 beer flight at mellow. Distant 4th behind Hercules double IPA. Very citrusy (grape fruity) flavor. More like an IPA than pale ale.
