Very strong flavor with a very hoppy after taste

Great flavor for higher abv beer, def get again!

I thought I didnt like this. I had it on draft and it was great. A very solid full bodied scotch ale. Smooth like they always are. Some background of earthy flavors.

Scotch Ales are my latest favorite style and I can't get enough. This has been a consistent winner, sweet caramel and malt goodness throughout. I like the alcohol strength too. Just the right amount for me (8.5%) but usually at a good price.

My roommate's girlfriend was not happy about the bar we always frequent so we decided to go to one of her choice and flavor with a beer on her treat. She chose a craft beer bar called something about the east side. My roommate chose this beer so I said, double the order, thanks for the beer. I'm impressed with it and I know I'll get to finish his so all is well in my world, I like the name as much as the taste
