Woody1011 - September 3, 2011This is craft beer at its finest. Great hoppy nose. Prominent carbonation producing a robust, creamy head. Pleasant hop bitterness that does not linger. Some malt sweetness for balance and citrus notes. A fine Belgian style Tripel. Impossible to find in my state.
