Really great tasting beer. On the lighter side of the spectrum, and kind of fruity? Goes down smooth with a very slight alcohol aftertaste. For a triple, that's not bad at all.

Nice Belgian. Pours murky copper with a thin off-white head. Largest quantity and size of particulate matter I have seen floating in my beer. Smells and tastes of yeast. Great smooth mellow taste.
