Great Saison. Peppery,lemony,very bright.essence of hay/straw. One of the better American made saisons.

Slight citrus flavor, but also a hint of dill in the hops makes this one a fav, having it on tap now for the first time and really enjoy it.

For some reason, Belgian and saison ales always taste slightly like bologna to me. It's not bad, they just have a distinctively meaty taste. This one has great caramely and wheaty malts, very subtle hops, and would go well with pork.

Citrusy, crisp, yet sweet, with a full body. Better than most saisons I've tried.

Citrusy flavor.. Very champagne like. Good, but not my favorite.
