Top of line Hefe Weizen. It's great to have a true German Weizen. Brings me back.

Unfiltered wheat... Honey...pretty good, a little bit of funky in a good way. Thick for a hefe. Slight maltyness. Bananas? ...banana peels? Soft mouthfeel.

Very good unfiltered wheat beer. Smooth taste. Almost can't tell it's unfiltered.

Pretty great mouthfeel. Definitely pleasing but weak upfront. Flavor is full and solid. A tad more yeasty than weihenstephaner. Overall, a good beer
