A very worthy member of the tripel style. Yeasty. Perfect fizz, which means relatively a lot of fizz for a beer, as triples are wont to do. Medium light body. Overall typical of the style, and I mean that in a good way. Were I drinking it in summer, I would be ready to follow it with another.

Cloudy straw color with thick Belgian Lace head that lingers. Bread-like aromas with a slight herbal and melon touch. Medium bodied with abundant carbonation. Malty with some yeasty bitterness - very light on the hops.
All in all a pretty good rendition of the real thing.

Slightly hoppy at first but the bitterness dissipated. Crisp, slightly sweet.
