This is a very fine ale, a little outside my usual flavor profile. It's very smooth with a mild enough wheat flavor to keep me interested and a high enough ABV to keep me from caring.

Not my favorite of the style but good trippel. A bit too clove heavy for me.

Appearance: Medium-low head with medium lacing. Lovely yellow with a hint of honey color, slightly cloudy.
Smell: Mild spices with a hint of Heineken or pilsner aromas. Non-fruity.
T: Faint spices and less faint clove. Alcohol is discernible and the hops peek through the bushes. Aftertaste mildly suggests smokey, fatty bacon.
Mouthfeel: Medium body and creamy feel with noticeable carbonation dancing around.
Overall: Nicely balanced spices and cream in a tripel with a smidgen more alcohol flavor discernment than I prefer.

Really good, strong but hides the alcohol well. Not very hoppy and easy to drink. Nice mild spice flavor that I expect from a good tripel.
