This is my new favorite. Very complex, a little fruity with raisin. Good Belgian yeast, nice brown color.

slight fruity aroma. alcohol is present. sweet, malty, a bit tart. not as sweet as a typical quad.

Not too sweet, smooth interesting flavor.
