Nice stout. Not too chocolaty with a nice after taste. Not as heavy as Guinness

Not a well balanced imperial stout. You can definitely taste the alcohol. Drinkable, but as far as Russian Imperial Stouts go, I'll stick with Old Rasputin.

Drank from bottling winter 13-14. Dark tan head about a 1/4 thick that dissipates quickly. Dark chocolate cherry, oak, and warm alcohol on the nose. Oakiness, dark roastiness, bitter, dark chocolate cherry, chewiness, and a very slight malt and continuance of bitterness on the finish.
