The Belgian yeast and Bourbon barrel aging do wonders for this already tasty treat. Rich layers of flavor include citrus coriander honeysuckle caramel and bread. It warms the throat enough to let you know it's not to be taken lightly. Delish!

Hands down my favorite allagash brew. Love the bourbon barrel taste mixed with the Belgian yeast. 11% abv is well masked.

Great bourbon flavor, but not too strong or overwhelming. Great flavor and body, and very well-balanced.
