Cellar Dweller - August 13, 2015Now that's different! Pours golden with a medium head that dissipates quickly. Smells of Belgian yeast. Taste is very peppery follow by the yeast and a faint vanilla and alcohol. Drinks pretty smooth. If I wasn't holding the bottle, I never would have guessed this was aged in bourbon barrels. There is no barrel presence.

D-Nuke - July 29, 2015Strong bourbon flavor that warms the stomach. Thin mouthfeel with a lingering aftertaste that stays on the tongue. Has a bit of raisin flavor.
tonyc210@gmail.com - July 24, 2015Really nice barrel aged tripel. Pours a medium golden color, minimal head. Loads of tropical fruit on the nose, very full bodied tripel, great sipper. Watch out for 11% ABV.
