Very smooth. Not at all heavy. Like Newcastle Brown without whatever the thing is in Newcastle Brown that tastes like someone threw an aspirin in it!

Hint of coffee, but not too sweet. Creamy. Enjoyed it initially. However, we started to enjoy it less the more we drank it.

12/26/15 - 12 oz bottle poured into a Bootleggers tulip glass. Pours an opaque black color. Light does not penetrate so I can't see the carbonation but it seems like a good amount of carbonation and high/medium mouthfeel. Aroma is dark chocolate, coffee roasted malts and possibly some Belgian yeast. Taste follows the nose with a creamy mouthfeel. Some bitterness on the back end but not excessive. Nice balance between sweet and bitter. This is a really great beer.

Way over carbonated. Pour with a giant head with the largest bubbles I ever saw, but disappeared quickly and left it flat. Mouth coated in sweet syrup, but bitter taste and not much else.
