naturebotherer@gmail.com - December 26, 2018A dark (almost stout like), malty, sweet, rich-flavoured ESB (6.3%, not 4.7%) with lingering hoppy aftertaste. Carefully does it.
ebriolus - November 17, 2013Deep caramel clear body with creamy white head that slowly recedes. Low carbonation.
Aroma of cherry, courante, malt and alcohol. Spicy and floral hops and biscuit malt noted. Maybe some tart fruit as well.
Initial taste has lots of malt character and dark fruits, full body, followed by the citrus and floral hops. Low bitterness that lingers and does not build.
