Watery, metallic taste. Don't let the dark color fool you, it's definitely NOT a full-bodied beer. American craft darks have much more flavor and refinement profile - July 22, 2014
Little too bitter. profile - July 13, 2014
Heavy, try adding milk island style profile - July 4, 2014

Love it for my 'Irish Car bomb' shot, best desert and its never on the menu. Sometimes like it for breakfast too, but will never be a drink of choice during the regular part of the day - go figure??

Something to try even if you don't like Guinness original... I think it's got better flavor
