Very strong aroma of roasted oats and Pacific northwest hops. It is a very light and tame stout.

Rich black with a dark chocolate translucence and a cream head, the usual. Aroma is nutty malt, mild coffee and smokiness. Flavor matches nose well. Mocha, espresso, light tobacco aftertaste & slightly dry finish. Not a bad stout, but nothing out of the norm. Best chilled.

Creamy and smooth texture from the oatmeal makes this a very nice drinker. Carbonation is moderate and the body is rich and full. Aftertaste is of bittersweet chocolate and coffee.
