Great holiday beer or for around the campfire. Lovely taste. Spice!
AOMextradry - March 4, 2013
Licorice and raisin undertones.

With the color darker than black holes and the aroma of banana esters, this beer is definitely unique. Taste it cold and you'll be swept with banana, cinnamon and nutmeg flavors. Let the beer warm a little and it will transform into a citrus aroma that has toffee, caramel and molasses flavors. It's like having 2 distinct beers in one glass. Warning, finishes extremely dry.

Ok. Lots o spice but I should have known that. As an IPA I thought I could kill this 22 ounce bottle but its a challenge with a beer this heavy

Too much rose. Cough syrup aftertaste. Hope it ages well

Dark with very nice spices. Not heavy and deliciously flavorful.

Whoa. Crazy crazy. Not necessarily a good thing. Ale with Spices. Crazy spices. Winter ale-like. Cinnamon, ginger, orange, and clove. Dry finish. Kind of enjoyable, but only in half-pints. Almost black, with coffee colored head. Light carbonation with medium mouthfeel.

Tons of flavor - lots of spices. Very wintery beer, is call it an intense Christmas ale.
