Nice start. A bit bitter finish. A nice unique flavor. A good one to sip on.

Nose: moist earth, malt
palate: malt, cloves, creamy
Finish: clean, slightly bitter like the bitterness of black tea.

Very nice amber bock. I could drink this all night.

Great taste overall - just good classic 'beer' flavor

Very subtle sweetness at first, however that doesn't last too long as the bitterness lingers on your taste buds long after your last sip. It's unlikely I will ever drink this again by choice.

Thought it was interesting that the label was upside down. Then on my third beer I noticed that it's label was right side up. Apparently this beer's packing plant knows that having an interesting label is important but not necessarily the most important part. Besides it added some originality in my book. What sells a beer is flavor and this is full of it. I'm at the end of my six and I'm not looking to buy another. Great late night beer that you don't want to share. Now I gotta find something to drunk munch.

I found a bottle at World Market. It has a sweet, appley aroma and pours cloudy brown into the glass. The flavor is subtle with that same sweet aroma in the taste. Reminds me of Becks only with a hint of apple.
