Hints of bourbon barrel, smoky peat, slight sweetness. Would probably taste good in a snifter, but it just seems to cry out for a stein. Drink this in front of a fire on a cold winter night. Not an everyday beer, but one to savor and enjoy.

Stone fans, let's face it..their last two Stochasticity projects have been subpar. This and their last one (Hifi+Lofi) have not hit it home like we're used to
