SemperFly - January 4, 2014This ale is brewed with maple syrup & aged in oak barrels. I like the name & the beer ain't bad. Coffee notes on the nose, a nice dark chocolate color, and great mouth feel. Chocolate malt flavor, a little sweet at first, but it grows on you. I'm drinking this while watching the Chiefs (17) play the Colts (7). Nice.
