Very smooth and light but has a lot of great spice flavors. Cloudy unfiltered appearance with nice head.

I do very much enjoy a good witbier now and again. It's a nice change from IPA's and DIPA's. I enjoyed the light spice notes of this one. The orange peel and coriander definitely shine through in both the aroma and the taste. Very nice, IMO.

"We brew it traditionally using unmalted wheat as our base and lightly spice the kettle with freshly ground sweet and bitter orange peel and coriander seed. The hops are minimal, keeping the focus on the wheat, spices and the unique character contributed by authentic Belgian yeast strains. The aroma from the thick, brilliant white head is bready and lively with notes of citrus and hints of spice." from the label

I'm trying the raspberry, very tart taste. Bit to smooth don't taste like a beer (not bubbly)
