doctor_throb - December 16, 2014Really light is an understatement. This beer is so light it is nearly nonexistent. Color is good, aroma is sufficient. Taste is extremely mild. Might as well be drinking bud light. Lower the wheat bill in your mash profile and put some Munich in there. Your patrons will thank you.
