skywriter1 - April 26, 2015Squid ink brings out the hops in the IPA, and diminishes the usual roast/choc/coffee tastes found in other BIPAs. A touch of umami/earthiness really brings this BIPA home. Excellent beer. Favorite one I tried at pizza port
