bill@homebrewingnews.com - August 27, 2015Very pleasant Hatch chili nose in a pale ale base. Truth be known, it needs more chili flavor to it. The flavor should be as good as it's nose. Chilies disappear mid-pallet and has a slightly chili finish. Not their best.
