spark4 - July 3, 2017Good easy drinking balanced summer wit. Balances out the citrusy tart--think lemon, orange peel and lime--with the bready yeast and starchy fruit. Pleasing golden yellow with some yeast residue. Not a big bodies beer--a tad on the lighter side. Not a lot of complexity and no strong notes of spices but hints of coriander. Some minerals. No hop profile. Some residual sugars on the back palate.
