Dark with quickly dissipating head. Roasted yeasty smell. Roasted nutty anterior with low bitter and low alcohol finish and heavy carbonation throughout. Ok beer, poor example of a Trappist beer.

Good dark ale, if a tad watery. Slightly but not overly fruity. Not very strong alcohol flavor. Bottle. Ghent, Belgium 11/2014

Best served just below room temperature - if you have it in the fridge take it out 15-20 minutes before serving. If it's room temp, fridge it for the same amount of time before serving

Not overwhelming, flavor is there but not prelevant, and tastes like a above average beer

Deep maltiness with heavy, raisin/prune notes and notable caramel flavors. Spicy yeast character emphasized by spritzy carbonation. Slight noble hop presence, but no noticeable bitterness. Definitely one to be savored.
