Clear, amber body with creamy tan head; good head retention and recedes leaving a clean glass. Banana dominates the nose (big surprise), with notes of yeast, bread, tart fruit, hops and more banana. Banana, tart fruit, pear flavors, with a rich malt base that balances the fruit and hops. Very dry , clean finish. Some bitterness lingers and a little sourness builds. Interesting flavors. Was expecting this to be novelty, but flavors are well balanced.
