bobbyhickory - March 11, 2017It isn't technically a hefeweizen so it's hard to characterize it. Sort of like a cross between a helles lager and a hefeweizen. Not much in the way of fancy esters. No bubble gum or banana flavors really. It has a sweetness like a hefeweizen and a medium body, a little heavier or maybe slightly less crisp than a hefeweizen. Overall a good beer.
