Complex: chocolate, caramel, coconut, sweet and sour fruit (cherry?), with a real bite, almost spicy. So different and good.

Starts like a lambic and sour ale. Finishes like a bourbon stout not unlike Ten Fidy, but with no burning finish. Truly amazing.
