Fig - March 24, 2017Malty, smooth with a little bitterness from the hops. Would like a more bubbly mouth feel.
Homer's Beer Odyssey - August 5, 2014APPEARANCE - Transparent dark copper. 1-finger head that dissipate fast. A lot of lacing
SMELL/AROMA/SCENT - Piney, herbaceous, sweet.
TASTE - Piney, herbaceous, sweet. Rounded, well balanced. ABV very well-hidden.
MOUTHFEEL/PALATE - Light on the tongue. A bit thick, but not gooey. Just a little carbonation
OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - A very drinkable ale, well balanced. Not heavy or boozy, despite very high ABV.
