Interesting...good. Tastes like a blend of a sour and a coffee stout.
BMMillsy - September 12, 2012Decent beer, but seems to be co fused about its identity between a Dubbel and a Belgian Strong Dark Ale. A slight booziness with mild fruit overshadowed by some earthy tones. Some serious chocolate. Really starts to get better as it warms up. Overall solid, but not something I would seek out.

davl22 - May 19, 2012Black tea color, no head, effervescent, almond vanilla aroma, chocolate cherry flavor, malty finish, very different, I normally dislike dubbels but I like this one with the chocolate malt
witchal - May 8, 2012Snuff nose. Drinks lightly sweet, coffee notes. Lingering musty aftertaste. Very similar taste to ta henket but more100x more refined/upscale .
