TrevorT - October 2, 2011A beer with a hoppy bite. My first experience with a saison style beer. The taste of fresh hops from start to finish. A bit of a citrus mixed with honey, reminiscent of a bed time tea. Not recommended for light beer drinkers. 3.5 of 5 stars.
